The Journey

Immerse yourself in a transformative journey where you'll get the chance to engage in diverse experiences and potent practices, all curated to root you in the deepest corners of your being.

Enjoy daily yoga classes that align your body and mind, and invigorating hikes through the Sierras canvas.

We invite you to delve into the age-old wisdom of native cultures through transformative ceremonies, such as the cleansing Temazcal, the heart-opening Cacao, and the grounding Rappé (Tabacco) rituals.

During our retreat, you will experience somatic movement in our vibrant ecstatic dance session and workshop, all the while bathed in the uplifting harmonies of electronic music, letting your spirit soar on the rhythm of sound.

Enhancing your comprehension of emotional consciousness through engaging workshops, breathworks and meditations.

As you navigate this path of rooting, you will be nourished with three wholesome meals each day.

You'll also be gifted with plentiful leisure time by yourself to soak in the tranquil beauty of One Sanctuary. Use this space to reflect, delve into a good book, or pour your thoughts into a journal.

This journey together will offer you a fertile ground for profound introspection and restful ease.

One Sanctuario

Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta - Colombia

The place is a natural sanctuary in the middle of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia. It is a true hideaway between white-sand Caribbean beaches and glacial rivers that flow from the Sierra Nevada. This territory is the guardian and border of the ancestral path of the Koguis, Arhuacos, Wiwas and Kankuamos. This is one of the most diverse and surprising mountain systems off the coast of South America, among its mountains, jungle, fauna, and flora coexist ancestral indigenous cultures.

Yoga Teacher & Master of Ceremony

Sebastian Perez Hoyos

Sebastian started his spiritual journey in the sacred lands of Siem Reap, Cambodia back in 2018, where he practised yoga close to the temples of Angkor Wat. Ever since, his life has been profoundly impacted by the yogic traditions, leading him to complete his 200hr YTT in Guatemala in 2022.

Originating partially from Colombia, Sebastian's outlook has been deeply shaped by his shamanic family, who work closely with plant medicine and its healing properties.

Sebastian will integrate these healing rituals into his yoga teaching, cacao & rappé ceremonies and facilitation styles during the retreat.

Yoga, movement, breath and meditation

Oliva Barrio

Oliva started her yoga journey training in physical theatre back in 2016.

During this retreat she will be guiding you through different yoga practices helping you connect with its physical and mental benefits, in styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. Including also breath and meditation, reaching a deeper consciousness and connection to your inner self and your surroundings. At one with yourself, nature and others.

She will also guide an expressive movement session. Working with the natural impulses that come from within in relation to what music makes you feel.

Emotional awareness & sound healing

Erich Joseph

Erich Joseph is a social-pedagogue specialized in preventiv mental-health care, mindfulness embodied practices, Breathwork, soundhealing and electronic tribal music.

 He will host a Workshop of Emotional Self-Awareness during the retreat.

Musically he will be guiding the dj set of tribal and healing electronic music for the ritual of ecstatic dance.

Conscious musician

Marco Gamboa

Marco is a medicine music artist with more than twelve years of experience supporting therapeutic processes in ancestral ceremonies and personal growth retreats through his music. His melodies are intended to guide retreat participants through their journey and help them connect and awaken.

He has worked in the land of the Sierra Nevada in the past, and he will be accompanying us with his music throughout the yoga classes, ceremonies like the cacao, temezcal, ecstatic dance and emotional releases, and other gatherings.
